30-day money-back guarantee
The short version
If InsureRecord doesn't work for you in your first 30 days, email us and we'll refund your most recent payment in full. No forms. No "what went wrong" survey. We'd rather refund a broker than keep money from one who isn't happy.
How to request a refund
Email support@insurerecord.com within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. You can also manage your billing and request a refund directly at paddle.net.
Canceling
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to InsureRecord until then.
After 30 days
Refund requests outside the 30-day window are reviewed case-by-case. We can usually help with billing errors, accidental renewals, or technical issues that prevented you from using the Service. Just email us.
